Membership Fee

Full and Probationary Members

The membership fee consists of Dues and Insurance

Dues are $20

Insurance will be either $20 for single member insurance or $30 for family insurance.

The membership fee will be either $40 or $50 depending on the type of insurance the member selects.

The 3 due dates for existing and probationary members to pay the membership fee are:

1) January 31st
2) The Winter Meeting
3) March 31st


New Applicants


Step 1 Application is received by the membership committee chairman

Step 2 The application is voted on by the committee.
            If the application passes the committee vote then: steps 3 thru 6 are followed. If the application is rejected steps 3 thru 6 do not apply.

Step 3 Membership Chairman notifies Treasurer of the acceptance of the applicant’s application

Step 4 Treasurer notifies the applicant that his membership fee (insurance and dues) money need to be sent to the treasurer before his probation period begins

Step 5 Treasurer notifies Membership Chairman of receipt of membership fee (insurance and dues)

Step 6 Membership Chairman announces the new member to the group
If the application passes but the membership fee due is never received, the application is then rejected and the applicant is notified by the membership chairman.



Checks or money orders should be made out to:
